Then the demand of development of human resources management system of one state-owned bank has been analyzed in detailed, J2EE technology was applied in the development of human resources management system, oracle was used as the back-end database, weblogic was used as the web server middleware, Ajax technology was adopted to solve the problem of time expense of organization tree generation and listing refreshment. A based on B/S structure of human resource management system was successfully designed and realized. Due to the limit of space, the application technology in development of system was introduced thoroughly, taking three major function modules, organization management, personnel management and access control, for example, analysis architecture design, system detailed design and finally process were elaborated.The system has realized six major functions such as organization management,personnel management, compensation management, insurance management, political party affairs management and training management. The assisted functions modules system including system setting, authorities administration and report form & analysis were also implemented.
