With the rapid development of society, the network is affecting the development of society and people’s daily lives, and the Internet technology is even more important to the development of the companies, especially to those with many employees, which need a more complete and effective human resources performance management system. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a set of effective human resources performance management system for the future development of company.Human resources management system is discussed, including its research environment, the progress of the process, as well as the domestic and foreign research situation, and the demand for performance management according to current situation of Shijiazhuang Power Supply company is analyzed. The development of the system is based on J2 EE architecture and B/S structure, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other open source framework and My SQL database technology, the MVC pattern. The development system is very different from the previous one, especially in the basic information input, processing, inspection and counting, analysis and so on, making the new software is more simple and easier to use, more pertinent to practical work.The following is the main work of this paper:1.This paper describes the purpose and the unique characteristics of the software design according to the unique features of the electric power company and its business processes. In view of the company’s human resources demand, a new model of the system is also established.2.According to staff management, salary standard and safety regulations, etc, the goals and architecture of the software development is deeply analyzed. The focus of the design is on the physical structure and logic structure of database.3.The human resources performance management system is realized based on the method of software engineering.4.Through the unit, efficacy, and performance testing, it is shown that the system is reliableThe author’s company has been adopted in the system. It is demonstrated in the actual application that the system is of good usability, reliability and practicability. Combined with the company existing ERP human resource management module, the company’s staff management can basically satisfied with the software that we developed.
