| Vehicle information terminal is an important part of Intelligent Transportation System. As the key link for solving the traffic problems in the future, it can provide rapid and effective collection, processing and display for vehicle's information. Nowadays, with more and more requirements for its safety and comfort, the electronic control function of automotive is becoming more and more complex. The new-vehicle information terminal integrated automotive electronic control, wireless communication, computer, embedded system and other advanced technologies is being a hot-focus on the future research for Intelligent Transportation System.In order to resolve the poor function and flexibility of traditional methods for vehicle information terminal, a solution, based on S3C2410A and embedded Linux operating system, was proposed in this paper. The software design on acquisition and processing for vehicle's state information, location and monitoring image, visualization parking as well as a friendly man-machine interface was provided in this solution. And the wireless data transmission of information was also discussed.Firstly, the whole system scheme was introduced and correlative technologies of CAN bus, SAE J1939, GPS, video acquisition based on V4L as well as GPRS data transmission were researched deeply. Then, after illustrating the establishment of system development environment, a detailed introduction of each fuction module' device driver transplantation, application programming and GUI design based on Qt/Embedded was done. Finally, with the development environment of VC++6.0 and SQL Server 2008 Express, the method of implementing vehicle management center based on ADO and Windows Sockets was given. After summarizing the whole work of this paper, prospects of this subject were also put forward. |
