| With the development of the network technology, the computer technology, the information technology and the technology of integration of management and control, the technologies of advanced control, process simulation, remote simulation are extensively used in the industrial control, the process which the above technologies are used in produces and needs large amounts of data, such as real-time data, historical data,simulation data. How to manage these data effectively, It is the hot and difficulty problem in the industrial control.According to the needs of the simulation and control integration platform, the method used a management system to manage the data above has been put forward. After the function requirement analysis, the system is divided into four modules which includes model base management module, history data management module, System performance monitoring module and user management module. There are some problems in the development of the laboratory, such as model loss, model repeat design, data utilized with low rate and low rate of resource sharing, So this paper presents the method we can design a model management module with the technologies of Oracle data storage and Matlab simulation to solve the above problems. In the process the method that using model dictionary to manage the models in the library is also presented. After analyzing the functions of Matlab and the technology of database access, this paper solves the problem operating Matlab via web by using the functions of Matlab engine, and realizes the communication between Matlab and database based on the technologies of ADO.NET and ODBC. It also presents the method monitoring the database system by monitoring the dynamic performance parameters of the Oracle database.Based on the above design methods, this paper designs and develops the data management system using the.NET technologies, combined with the Oracle and Matlab. This system has been applied to the laboratory, it has solves the problem that data management, web simulation and integration of different data sources. The system further improves the lab simulation and control platform, after tested in the laboratory, the conclusion that the system featured by easy to operate, complete functions and stable performance is founded. |
