The information-based of production is an important sign of the modern industry, and the implementation of quality control mainly can be realized by the form of software system, so data collecting system, process monitoring system and data analysis system have already been an essential part in enterprise's production and quality administrative system.Data collection is the precondition and foundation in the whole quality control procedure, because each link in the system needs a large number of data. At present, the main way of data collection is on the basis of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller),on the basis of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and GPS (Global Position System) data collection.The use of PLC is very general in the modern industrial field, and it has been the main way in the industrial automation controlling, so also becomes the best choice in collecting data. Data collection based on RFID has many incomparable characteristics comparing with other collection way. GPS data also have important uses,especially for the logistics industry. In the production process monitoring aspect, PLC plus a configuration software is the main way, because the PLC can adjust production through the controlling function and offer the real-time data to the monitoring system to makes users grasp the produce dynamics at any time.In data analysis aspect, SPC (Statistical Process Control) Technology is based on mathematical statistics theory. Through an analysis of the previous production process data, it can identify the causes of quality's fluctuate an ordinary reason or a special reason, and by this guides the produce and makes the following produce keeps its stability, thus achieve the goal of improving product quality.In domestic, application systems face the complicated use environment at present. Many enterprises didn't put the data collecting system, monitoring system and data analysis system as a whole to use or only use it as a single function system not integrate with an organic whole.Different manufacturers don't have the unified standard of PLC products, they are unable to be compatible with each other. For various reasons, these different PLC systems exist at the same time in one enterprise which brought some difficulties in data collection and concentrated on controlling. In addition, it has some problem when using SPC system, such as the disunion on the data type or form with old application systems, lack of the comparison with similar control charts. Because of the above, application systems are limited. This paper uses the theory and method in software engineering and in design pattern to design a software which is for complex environment and includes the function of data collection, procedure monitoring and data analysis.The emphasis of this system is the design and realization of the two parts:data collection in the complicated environment and data analysis by SPC.And it solves some problems of enterprises'using problems in the two parts. The function of data collection, procedure monitoring and data analysis have an important meaning in enterprise's production and quality control procedure, so successfully making the three functions integrate an organic can meet enterprises'demand, obtain more convenient and improve the efficiency of use. |
