Abstract/Summary:
Tire safety of automobile Tires plays an important role in vehicles safe driving. This dissertation firstly introduces the research background and the research status at home and abroad, and then the realization scheme of automobile tire safety monitoring system is proposed. The monitor system is designed based on the wireless sensor network (WSN) , the tire pressure and the brake drum temperature data are acquired by the WSN nodes which are installed on each tire's rim. The gateway nodes receive the data which is transmitted by WSN nodes and transmit to the control center. The data is analyzed and processed by control center, if it is out of the safe scope the control center will make some alarm signals such as sound, light, etc. to remind the driver take some measures. At the same time the control center will send the data to the remote data center through GPRS net. The low power wireless MCU CC2510 which is embedded an A/D converter and RF transceiver is used to be as the microcontroller of the WSN nodes and its power supplied by the 3.6V lithium battery. The embedded C language is used to develop the system software, and the software platforms are as follows: IAR7.20H, Keil uVision3,μC/OS-II embedded operating system. This dissertation presents the communication protocol and the relevant software flow charts respectively. This subject derives from company, now it has been checked and accepted. The innovations of the subject are as follows:a kind of method about tire safety monitoring system for automobile based on WSN is proposed, and it fills the domestic gap in the field of truck tire security monitoring production.Appendix is to offer some diagrams about the system such as schematic diagrams, instance diagrams and installation diagrams.
