Research And Realization On Digital Multi-function Telephone Recording System

The commands from the dispatchers must be recorded and replayed so that the operator in the power station can check it out and analyze the reasons of the faults. According to the requirement of electric power production and dispatching, based on the reliable ready-made hardware and software developing technique, a multifunction digital telephone recording and management system is designed. The system hardware is consisted of IPC configured with P4 CPU, huge capacity hardware and multi_channel telephone audio card. Based on the Windows 2000 OS, VC++ and Delphi Programming language, the recording system software is implemented. Many functions are realized, such as telephone recording, listening in, replay, query, operation log, forming printing and system clock adjusting, etc. It's a system with powerful functions, convenient operations and friendly interfaces. It can be used in the related fields and worth being popularized.
