Bank credit card customer service telephone service is a bridge between the bank's credit card issuing center for the cardholder,the merchants and the banking network to provide the online business,transfer information,consulting services and communication.In the context of information and digital,the telephone service industry is an urgent need to improve the quality and efficiency of work,intelligent management will become an inevitable trend.Recording management system is an important part of the telephone service.This paper presents an effective method for the digital audio recording management of analog voice signals through the in-depth study of a variety of telephone recording system.This paper discusses the importance of the development of the customer service telephone recording management system of bank credit card,the importance of the development of the actual work,the design idea,the technology,the realization steps and the main functions of the system.In view of the system development environment,the telephone management function,the customer relationship management feasibility and the demand analysis,the system frame,the process and the module have been designed.The credit card customer service telephone recording management system is developed using Delphi as the development tool,the use of server SQL database technology as the database backend system development,the system uses the C/S structure design,set up the server for all kinds of data storage,full use of the client's processing ability,the client uses the Delphi language design,access to the server through the network,to achieve the credit card customer phone management functions.The system mainly includes the customer service staff log function;customer basic information maintenance,query and analysis;centralized management of customer service telephone recording file;the information has been uploaded to the database recording,recording and recording,the innovation product sales analysis,customer service management,employee data,customer data,product data and other basic data maintenance,etc..After the actual operation and testing,the results show that the system has the advantages of recording multi-level audit,controlling the repeated uploading,long recording time,simple data and convenient operation.
