The Study And Analysis Of VoIP Based On SoftSwitch Technology

Future telecommunications networks will consist of integrated packet ' switched(IP and / or ATM) , circuit-switched(PSTN), and wireless networks.With the new demand of wide portfolio of innovative applications over these integrated networks , Softswitch , which is the core function of the Next Generation Network,has been the foCUS of research in these years.The call model of the next generation network defines how the underlying heterogeneous signalling transport data objects can be structured to support more complex services. This thesis aim at actuality and existent shortage of VoIP,analyse two standard of VoIP:SIP and H.323 from theory and experiment . Study of VolP system framework deeply,produce software frame which support SIP protocol with SoftSwitch contr01 . Do experiment in SoftSwitch Centre of Beij ing university of Post and Telecommunication and validat~feasibility of VoIP used SoftSwitch technology and good interconnedtion.
