| The Data Sample and Storage System are used abroad in the Radar,Avigation, paceflight,Weapon and so on.For the high speed data sample,it is necessary to design a higher speed and larger capacity storage system.It is a challenge on the storage speed,the storage continuous time,the storage channel number and reliability.This article using large capacity storage chip-FLASH, with FPGA as the processor of storage array, successfully resolved the problem of the low speed of the FLASH and achieved the low cast and the large density of the FLASH during the data collection, and read the data of FLASH array via CPCI bus. FPGA is used as the buffer memory as well as the generation of the timing circuit control module during the operation of read, program and erase and so on, from which one can easily find the advantage of FPGA that saving external hardware resource and be programmable. As for the input of the external high-speed data, the pipeline technique is used. Firstly, introduce the status of the high speed large capacity storage in our country and abroad and analyze the composing of whole storage system and discuss the select of the main IC, next introduce the internal design of FPGA programmed in VHDL and the CPCI bus.then discuss the power management,the design of board's hot swap function and the driver of the CPCI bus,Finally,summarize the design and analyze the application foreground. |
