| With the development of advanced control technology in foreign countries,it has been applied in equipment production and reconstruction in domesticwidely. It designed a set of electric control system based on PROFIBUS-DPfieldbus that was a reconstruction project of Wash-draw machine ofQinhangdao ALIGHT acrylic fiber factory in this paper. After reconstructionthe system realized the complete automatization control demand.First of all, the paper introduces the development actuality of fieldbus inforeign and the study in domestic. The paper also explains the characteristic thePROFIBUS of technology include framework and application mode. Accordingto analysis on the technical procedure, it formulates the control project basedon PROFIBUS-DP. Secondly this paper analyzes the characteristics of thefieldbus (especially PROFUBUS) and its location in the factory automationsystems. We formulate the electric control project according to the process ofacrylic fiber wash-draw machines. As a kind of communication standard in theindustrial environment, the fieldbus is more suitable for the connection of thespot equipments compared to other networks. The characteristic of controlsystem based on fieldbus can be described as three aspects compared totraditional control system: transmit of digital signal, opening systems,intelligence of spot equipment. Illustrated with the products of SIEMENS,ABB, Eurotherm, Corporation, we study deeply the system structure ofPROFIBUS-DP networks and practical problems considered when using. Thispaper emphasizes system constitutes, programme hardware composing, PLCand their applications. in the electric control system of the wash-draw machine.This design gives the flexibility scheme to solve automation problems.The paper introduces emphatically how to use the PROFIBUS networkplatform to realize the combine of PLC the control core and the driveequipment, and to complete the control demand that motor synchronizationcontrol, collection the drive equipment status messages. This paper alsointroduces the principle and styles of touch panel as well as usage of touchpanel software "PROTOOL" briefly and gives the main panel.In the last, it introduces the problem that is likely to happy in debuggingand gives the way to solution.
