Polyacrylonitrile fiber is more and more widely applied in the field ofaerospace, national defense, construction industry, etc. With the deepening of theresearch, the synthesis methods of polyacrylonitrile fiber and spinning technologyhave greatly improved. It makes the polyacrylonitrile fiber application rangewidening in our country, and the demand in all walks of life is also constantlyimprove on it.Wet spinning is the traditional method of spinning polyacrylonitrile fiber in ourcountry. Taking the4th production line of Acrylic fiber Plant, the key techniques ofcollecting and distributing control system design process of spinning productionline were introduced in detail. It involves PROFIBUS-DP, motors synchronizationcontrol and constant tension control, etc.The control scheme of the control system is the combination of MPI andPEOFIBUS-DP. As main controller, the PLC of spare production line, on the onehand, uploads the data from the othor six production lines to IPC(IndustrialPersonal Computer); on the other hand, makes frequency converter of spareproduction line be reserve for the other six production lines.Motors synchronizationcontrol is realized by PLC programme. The paper expounds reliabitily of motorssynchronization from three aspects including instruction sending of PLC, instuctionreceiving of frequency converter and control mode of motor. It also realizes ratetracking after motor recovery. Constant tension control is realized by the PIDmodule of PLC programme. After parameter adjustment, pullers remained stable. |
