Design And Implement Of Interface Module In The Third Generation Mobile Communication Basestation System

Nowadays, the hot topics about technology of mobile communication arethe third generation mobile communication systems. Wireless basestation system is the network cell device in the wireless mobile communication network. Itsupplies air access interface for user's mobile phone, and connects mobile localaccess network . In a word, It is the important part of the mobile network.This thesis summarizes the overlay form and access mode of mobile local access network, and analysis the total requirement of the third generation basestation system. This interface module aims to support all kinds of theoverlay form including circle form,star form and link form, and has kinds of interface mode. Based on these requirements, this thesis describes implementedscheme about the interface module in detail, and designs its hardware platform from engineering view in detail.Firstly, this thesis discusses the network form and access technology ofmobile local access network, and analysises engineering meaning of the subject .Secondly, based on implemented scheme and structure of the basestation system, the thesis gains the functional requirement of the interface module . For implementing these requirements, the thesis designs all functional module of interface board in detail and selects the key chip of all module . Based on the feature and peripheral interface of chip, the thesis discusses all functional module in detail. The thesis also analysises the problem of the high hardware design from engineering view including signal integration problem and interface timing problem, and puts forward the solution. Based on these solution, It simulates the key high speed signal of the interface board and adopts the appropriate signal terminal scheme. In the last, this thesis compares the simulating results with the testing results and puts forward improved scheme. It supplies the reliable and steady hardware platform of interface module for the third generation wireless communication basestation system.
