| The relaxed definition of ECS (Embedded Computer System) is a device that includes a programming calculator. Wearable computer is a specify example of ECS that has lots of characteristics, such as wearability, mobility, durability and new mutual mode of man-machine. Those characteristics make the system provide the consumers the service of reminding, apperceiving, and measuring the environment and communicating with high effectiveness.This paper aims at the realization of embedded system that satisfies not only the function needs but also the performance needs of the wearable computer system. And it has a simple introduction to the construction of embedded computer system, embedded CPU, the embedded system design of software and hardware, differences of the I/O Interfaces in the different dates. Based on the work, we have finished the research and the ECS host computer design that based on the microprocessor S3C2410A.The S3C2410A microprocessor is the product of Samsung corporation. This product is designed to provide hand-held devices and general application with cost-effective, low-power, and high-performance. The S3C2410A was developed using an ARM920T core. This paper designs and debugs the host computer, and by using the appropriate chips of AC97, UART, Ethernet etc. we realize the multimedia and communicate interface, the coding and decoding of voice and stream medium. There embedded computer also needs the visualiability when debugging the system and the equipment with the ability of storing mass data. And we use VGA interface and IDE devices to satisfy the need.For checking the design of ECS host computer, following the research way of homemade and have the property right of our. This paper implements a wearable computer demo system on the base of the EOS (Embedded Operation System) uCLinux. This system consists of voice module, short messages module, picture module, file transferring module, digital map module and so on. |
