Along with the violent development of the computer technology, Water supply corporations put water supervises control system in force so as to utilize water properly and increase management level. But under current circumstance, besides a few enterprises, most enterprises still encounter many problems such as the bad sharing of each department, the low using rate of the resource and low grade in automation. The purpose of this research is providing a self-contained network tap water system inspecting, controlling communicating model and position machine software design scheme that combine multiple communication method such as the short message, GPRS/CDMA, wire network and achieve the resource sharing and maximize benefit. Aiming at the leakage problem, this essay brings forward a solution which is based on the correlative function and negative pressure wave method.This software platform is mainly made up of two parts: the data center software and data release system. Data center software mostly take charge of collecting data by short message, GPRS, LAN, and Internet, and also processing the data parsing, storing operation. Data release module mainly use B/S issue after deep consideration. With the implementation of real-time online monitoring network; users can browse the on-the-spot data in any place. Data release system offered several data release method by report form, curve graph, the artwork, etc., have met the demand for viewing data in different ways. In addition this essay also discusses the leakage problem that water trades generally faced, and put forward an economy, accurate, a fast method based on negative pressure wave.The platform has sound system structure. Its scale can be adjusted very easily. It can be well maintained. So it can satisfy many users. Long running of the system has justified the active effect: the system can run reliable; the speed of data exchange is very high, responding speed is very quick, utilizes intellectualized control. When the system builds up, it can increase user management level, reduce water supply cost. So it can bring considerable benefit.
