| With more and more extensive application of the computer technology and network technology, e-manufacturing (Digital Manufacturing or Network Manufacturing) has already become the modernized sign and the certain development trend of mechanical manufacturing industry. Being the kernel and the most basic and bottom equipment, Numerical Control System has become important tache of Network Manufacturing. The trend of development puts forward higher demand to network function of NC.It requires that NC system should have NC network management system that supports multiple connections, cross-platform operation and friendly management interface.And on the basis of this system we can establish the NC network services system and organize NC devices that in different regions,locale device operators,technical support engineers of equipment manufacturing enterprises and experts in this field through Internet and manage the NC equipment by using network.This dissertation develops with this background.At first it introduces the concepts, the characters and the technology of network-Manufacturing and analyses the development trend and network function of network-Manufacturing.The following below discusses the job of design and realization:1) The design and realization of NC Network Management System.On the basis of modularizing the network communication function of the embeded Linux system, this paper provides the realization of the installation script, the dynamic loading of modules, the install and configure work of Lantian NC network management system, and supports multiple connections of the Lantian CNC system. Then this paper designs and realizes the unification friendly interface of the NC management system, and realizes the network management software system of Lantian CNC system, which supports net installation and software release that based on the serial number and installation management.2) The web-based remote management and configuration of the CNC systems. This dissertation designs the solution of the remote CNC management system based on the Ajax technology and the expansion of the embedded web server, and then realizes parts of the solution to establish the foundation for the remote management of the CNC system. |
