In content I connect the viewpoints of Don Hellriegel,Schein,Hofstede and some Chinese scholars, summarize out that it is mostly formed of five aspects: consciousness system,regime character norm,behavior principal mode,emblematic sign,norm personality,tale and legend, these five aspects are interaction and introductory. Then divided it into built-in function and external function according to it versus organization interior impact as well as organization and environment mutually impact.Part two: First of all, stress the importance of the medium organizational culture to the organization development. It make the people work together,enhance cohesion and make the development of medium durative. Then particularly explore the construction of medium organizational culture. It was about common sense organization leader,human spirit and team work. Any organization makes the most valuable object as their highest target,ideal,purpose,once this highest target and basic belief become the common sense of the member, it will be the strong cohesion and action standard.
