YHFT-DSP is a series of 32-bit high performance DSP which is designed by the YHFT-DSP Design Group of the Computer School of National University of Defense Technology. Combining the controlling ability of X-RISC and the digital signal processing ability of YHFT-DX DSP, the DSP Lab develop a new product of Isomerous Muti-Core DSP/SoC, named YHFT-QDSP, which run a hign performance on data processing.In this paper, based on the study of characteristics of the YHFT-DSP structure, combining the design method of embedded application development environment, we designed and realized the Integrated Development Environment for YHFT-DSP, called YHFT-DSP IDE. YHFT-DSP IDE provides a powerful software-supporting environment for the users of YHFT-DSP, including debug, analyze and profile fuctions.Further more, according the characteristics of Isomerous Muti-Core DSP/SoC, the author designed and realized the synchronous debug mechanism for YHFT-QDSP. This synchronous debug mechanism have the virtue of flexible configuration and hign synchronous performance,providing the synchronous debug function of commands broadcasting and cross triggering for YHFT-QDSP.Finally,based the synchronous debug mechanism and trace function of YHFT-QDSP,the last charpter of this paper bring forward the architecture of application development and debugging environment for Isomerous Muti-Core SoC,Giving the design detail of the key module,synchronous debug software and trace reappearance.All these builds a good foundation for further development of the YHFT-QDSP application development platform.The debug software is developed in Visual Studio .net. RTL-level coding for synchronous debug mechanism of YHFT-QDSP was finished, and complete simulation vectors for the design were developed to ensure the correctness of the design.The Integrated Development Environment for YHFT-DSP,YHFT-IDE,had been provided to users and it runs very well so far.According to many tests,the function of the synchronous debug mechanism of YHFT-QDSP are proved to be correct. |
