| The reference service is a library core business work in recent years. With the development of network,a lot of libraries and information organizations join one after another to provide the digital reference service at home and abroad, the digital reference service research emerges. In the process of providing services, the library discovers it is difficult to satisfy readers more and more consultation to request with the dependence single library, collaborative digital reference service idea produced. Ask A Librarian,QuestionPoint system have built at home and abroad, the collaborative digital reference service develop rapidly.This paper makes use of the various research methods, including the document investigation, information retrieval on internet resource, comparison, synthesis, case analysis, etc, and sums up and analyses the theory of collaborative digital reference service, and through investigating some systems of collaborative digital reference at present in China by they are service contents to understands its service present situation and its the existence question. This article also for the first time leads the theory of the knowledge management idea,service recovery and the web2.0 technology into collaborative digital reference service research ,and opens the new mentality for its development and its research area, to make it further to innovative development. Finally this paper proposes the countermeasure which the collaborative digital reference service will continue to develop in the future. |
