At present, the petroleum delivery system widely used is the centralized system which combines the petroleum delivery controlling with simply managing system. The machine of petroleum delivery adopts industry controlling machine or other kinds of computer system as its controlling center, simultaneously processing data collection in various place of petroleum delivery, controlling electrical machinery valves in various place of petroleum delivery respectively. However, this centralized controlling system of petroleum delivery has two main shortcomings. Firstly, if the industry controlling machine crash, all the place of petroleum delivery can not work any more. Secondly, the distance between meter and the industry controlling machine is no less than 15 meters. Thus, how to magnify the signal and improve the anti-interference ability has to be taken into consideration. The distributive control system of petroleum delivery proposed in this research can overcome these shortcomings. It is one of the best designs characterized by the well-designed controlling structure, the easily-operating model and the excellent anti-interference ability.This essay focuses on the designing theory of the distributive control system of petroleum delivery and its detailed designing model and the reliability of the distributive system as it is an important performance index. A controlling model is presented that can automatically adjust the petroleum density through sampling simultaneously the temperature by a temperature sensor with a result that the efficiency and calculating accuracy have been greatly improved. This essay also analyzes the theory of temperature transducer and the application, the designing models of every petroleum controller with micro-processor as the nucleus and the theory and the model of multi-communication controller. The designing base, method and the key technology of Win32 driver model are illustrated detailed, while designing host computer of petroleum delivery to drive multi-communication controller. At last, the function and method of the data bank system is discussed.It costs two years to finish the research and designing with a satisfying result. The distributive control system of petroleum delivery not only has a low price but also bolds a high and advanced quality because of the application of new knowledge and technology as well as the taking into consideration of price factor. Some of the designs are original which are valuable to be consulted. The testing practice of more than one year proves its stability and reliability with a degree of accuracy within 0.2% which is higher than our country's level—0.3%. All the superiorities prove that it can be widely used.
