Research And Application Of Struts And Hibernate In Govt. Information System Development

Along with the information technology development, our country government proposes that we must vigorously carry out the information construction, develop and promote each kind of information system according to our country economic and the social development request. The government information system has the very high demands in security, effectivity, reuse, maintainability and shorter R&D time cycle because it is the government department work and the foreign window. So choosing and using good frameworks is the first question which the government information system development must consider.This paper unified the development experience in the Sichuan Provincial department of commerce public management platform, and mainly introduced Web application system development technology, framework and all kinds of characteristic based on the J2EE platform. It discussed the J2EE technology standard, as well as the MVC design pattern. By introducing the view, the model, the controller, effectively separate the view level and the service level, enhanced the system flexibility, the serviceability, the software performance and the maintainability. Struts is a open source, outstanding Web application development framework and a stndard realization designed with MVC and the core J2EE pattern. Struts framework and Hibernate framework have fully displayed the superiority of J2EE multilayer structure, advantage for the team cooperation, enhance the system probability and reusability, promote modulation development advancement, have the very strong instruction significance and practical valuability to the government application system development and the realization.
