Design And Implementation Of E-Government System Fengcheng City Hall

With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology and Internet technology, the world is entering the age of information. With the help of information technology, the government is realizing the management for automation and information. For nearly 10 years, the governments of the world have regarded the e-government as the way to improve the government services and enhance the comprehensive national competition. But there are a lot of problems. In order to serve the people, improve the efficiency of government and enhance the transparency of government policy and information, this subject analysis the functions and processes of Fengcheng government e-government system. According to the actual situation of the municipal government, we design and realize Fengcheng government e-government system. The system uses B/S architecture with J2 EE technology and Microsoft SQL Serve2000. The system functions include user management, part management, information management, rights management, etc. The application has showed that the Fengcheng government e-government system will help to improve the work efficiency of the government and enhance the transparency of government information.The author has done the following main works in this paper:(1) Analysis and design the software system with UML, complete the user requirements specification of system, requirements specification and design specification, use case view describes the system function, activity diagram describes the system workflow, using PDM software to complete the conceptual model of the database design.(2) Test some function of the software system with Junit software tools, the tested function modules include system login module, information dissemination and management module, resource management module, the log management module, etc.
