| During a high-speed period of basic facility construction in China, the concrete usage is very large. The problem of concrete crack is quite serious and universal. Therefore the research of the concrete crack resistance appears extremely serious and urgent. Deep research of the concrete crack resistance can get the quantitative evaluation of the concrete crack resistance performance and provide the accurate instruction for the design of concrete design and the construction and reliable basis for raw material selection with the mixture ratio.Present situation of the domestic and foreign load control system is studied in this dissertation. In view of existence key question of the present load control system, combining with main function and the technical specification, the solution to key question is proposed. The Research method of SOPC technology is used. Definition instructions are designed to promote the system performance. The peripheral modules are used to expand system function. Hardware and the software design based on the SOPC of load control system are completed.The load control system hardware design completes the hardware platform design, the definition instruction module design, the module design as well as the system disposition. The hardware platform design mainly completes the choice of FPGA chip, the design of the periphery circuit and step motor subdivides actuation circuit.In the software design based on SOPC, The software design divides into two layers. The actuation subroutine designs step motor the actuation subroutine of subdividing. The application subroutine design includs the communication subroutine, the control subroutine of adaptable-subdivides and so on.Two key questions are solved in this dissertation.Firstly, because the multi-piece hardware platform based on ASIC is unable to expand and add system function and the SOPC has merit of expanding system function, combining with superiority of Nios II processor of Altera Corporation, the hardware platform based on Nios II processor of Altera Corporation is selected.Secondly, because the Step motor control chip has not subdividing function, a module is combined with many PWM modules to realize subdividing function for step motor. The sine table instruction is used to realize pulse subdividing and the fuzzy instruction is used to realize changing subdividing function.Finally, the simulation analysis indicates the solution essential module can realize corresponding function. |
