| The fuel cell and gas turbine hybrid power plant is a kind of effective, clean and environment-protecting energy--conversion equipment. Its application to generating electricity is prospective and it is significant in the field of distributed power supply. It is composed of two strong non-linear subsystems, which makes the system matching and operation controlling more difficult. Hence it is very important to research the system's dynamic characteristics. In order to simulate the system's dynamic performance, it is necessary to build thehardware-in-the-loop simulation system, since it is a useful way of studying the complex system's dynamic characteristics.As a part of national natural science fund project, the major work in this paper is constructing the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of fuel cell and gas turbine hybrid power plant, which is formed by the host computer + client computer + hardware subsystem.Firstly, In order to comprehend the hardware subsystem, here the author models and simulates it: the author gets the control equations of the main components; on the EASY5 platform, the hardware subsystem's simulating modules are developed which forms the simulation library; on the basis of the developed simulating library, the author constructs the simulation model of the entire hardware subsystem using the theory of modularized simulation, and simulates its static and dynamic performance, which provides some useful parameters for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system in setting sampling rate , ameliorating the controlling strategy and optimizing the system.Secondly, the software system of the host computer suitable for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is designed and developed. With the PC serving as hardware platform, the MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) as the software platform, the software system communicates with the client computer through the COM port. Its main functions are real-time simulation calculating, displaying and storing the data, controlling the equipment through the interface and communicating with the client computer.Lastly, following the design of the host computer's software, the client computer's program system is designed and developed by using the S7-200 PLC as the hardware platform, the STEP7-Micro/WIN as the software platform. Its main functions are starting up the hardware subsystem, sampling data, controlling some parameters of the hardware subsystem in static and dynamic condition, communicating with the host computer and so on. Then the author presents and tests the RMCS through TCP/IP protocol over Internet and attains the expectant result.The software platform of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system has been built up, which lays solid foundation for further researching on the characteristics of the hybrid power plant in the future. |
