| As a kind of electronic tool for helping train staff, raising productivity, improving performance of work, the electronic performance support system (EPSS) is paid close attention to by more and more people. The concept of EPSS originated from job-training field. And then, through combining the characteristics of the multimedia computer, educator developed EPSS for school administrative personnel deal with teaching relevant jobs, it can be used for promoting the learners' information obtaining. This paper connects vocational and technical education with real situation,and suggest the electrician training system based on the EPSS(EEPSS).Firstly, the paper presents the background, and feasibility of instructional technology educator who take part in practice of vocational and technical education. Secondly, it also discusses the concept, components and characteristics of the EPSS (electronic performance support system) at length. After recommending the status quo of the EPSS at home and abroad simply, the paper make investigations on electric workshop of a big enterprise and a lots of automatic specialty of vocational and technical education academic, which can conform the advantage and necessary of using performance technology to develop the EPSS.By the knowledge about system design and database design, we design the whole system in detail and the layout of the background database. In our designing, we make use of some module chart, flow chart and e-r chart for the sake of expressing our design thinking clearly. Besides the logic design, we also divide our system into two parts-background database and forward user's interface, and detail the technology design of the two parts respectively. |
