Research And Implement For Production Statistic System Of ERP In Aluminum Fabrication Industry

Enterprise Resource Planning is an efficient way based on the support of modern information technology to resolve the problems in enterprises'management via modern arithmetic and organization behavior. Once the ERP project was implemented the efficiency of management could be improved, the resources could be optimized, and the costs could be controlled properly, hence the core competitive power could be greatly enhanced. But there're differences between the ERP software and the transaction flow in various enterprises, in order to make full use of the ERP software, the second time development in this software is quite necessary.This article issued the solutions in the producing statistic system in ERP system based on analyzing the requirements from the statistic department and the carefully research on the relevant transactions and the former statistic system as well as analyzing the transaction flow and relationship among the material management, finance, quality control, producing and sales components within the ERP system in Southwest Aluminum (Group) CO., LTD (here in after is SWA). And the solutions are mainly as following: firstly, the design aim for the producing statistic system is introduced according to the requirements from the statistic department. Secondly, the different phases and the detailed goal and items for each phase are clarified and the problem which will occasionally turns up during the procedure is discussed. Then, to lay out the database design in the system referenced the different stages in database design by the software and hardware surroundings in SWA. To release the conceptual design scheme and solutions from system lay-out to physical design and highly integrated datum from the production statistic system and the ERP system. At last, to introduce in detail the process in developing the key reports in statistic reports, such as the clients'requirements, logical analysis, algorithm design and the key program.This article is based on the basic principle of ERP, focused on the implement and research for how to properly merge the ERP software from abroad and the real work flow of the domestic statistic business via analyzing the ERP project in SWA Company. It has proved this production statistic system can be worked soundly together with other components within the ERP system. Due to this statistic datum and reports can be formed in time with extremely high accuracy. It has the distinct significance for SWA Company to optimize its work on statistic, save the cost, improve the producing efficiency and increase the profit.
