Along with the rapid development of national economy and urban construction, the scale of city and foundational construction in the city enlarge constantly, the management in city is more and more complicated. As various factors to cause fire in the city increasing, the fire in city, especially the great malignant fire frequently occurs, which calls for many new tasks and high requirement to the fire communication and command works. Traditional methods and means cannot satisfy the needs of the city development.Surrounding the study and realization of Municipal Fire Communication and Command System (MFCCS) , the following contents are discussed in this paper.1. The related technology of MFCCS is introduced in detail, and the depth optimization search algorithm for TreeView controls in PB is presented.2. The queue algorithm basing on the load equalization is proposed. When it is adopted to dispatch the coming telephone, it might choose the best one to handle the telephone, which is recent, and its idle time is longest. It can avoid the load uneven question of the round robin.3. A prototype of MFCCS is designed and realized, which has been implemented in the Mianyang Fire Detachment the uniform digitization to accept call the police, the centralized dispatcher is realized in Mianyang.
