| Fire command system is a unified scheduling system used by fire command center, itmakes fire rescue more quickly and efficiently. With the development of geographicinformation system technology, which provides for the fire command system more diversifiedtechnology support, makes GIS-based fire command system faster and more efficient in thefire accepting business, and more intuitive display in the fire rescue. The research of firecommand system based on GIS is of important theoretical and practical significance. Thispaper studies the fire command system related techniques and combines with the businessdevelopment needs of the airport fire command center, designs and implements thegeographic information system business support modules (hereinafter referred to as GIS keymodules) close to the main business of the fire command system.First of all, the paper analyze the demand of the users, and does the system overalldesign from the structure, network topology structure, the overall architecture design,architecture class diagram four aspects, and then according to the different type of businesssubdivides the system into six types module and designs the GIS data table. Secondly, basedon the GIS key modules of fire command system business the paper researches MapWinGIStechnology, and implements map data format conversion, the loading of MapWinGIS control,map data format conversion problems result in loss of information, geographic informationdata import, display of text labels layer, the basic operating functions (roaming, select, center,zoom in, zoom out function), map feature attribute query function, map location function, theexport function of the current map view, and map management and maintenanceand functionetc. And combines the GIS key modules with the main business of the fire command systemsuch as phone dispatch, fire alarm accept, current fire alarm, fire command andcommunications, fire plans etc. Finally, the paper describes the deployment and runningeffect diagram of the GIS-based fire command system, and focuses on GIS key modules playthe role of fire accepting business processes and running effect diagram.This paper combines with the characteristics of the geographic information systemtechnology, designs and implements the GIS key modules which closely assist the mainbusiness of the fire command system. Using GIS technology allows the system to inputinformation quickly, locate target accurately, and intuitive clearly show the target location,make the fire rescue work more efficient, also can be more intuitive guide. |
