The Design And Application Of The Enterprise Instant Communication System

With the increasing development of modern enterprises, communication plays a more important role in the management. In the process of management, we will meet all kinds of problems minutely. The research about the instant messaging is a top issue of the internet industry at present, now it is especially a focus studied both at home and abroad even more about the instant messaging of enterprise customer. The birth of the instant messaging software of the enterprise edition has brought the new thoughts and means to management of enterprises. It makes the Communication Messaging System an electronic solution for enterprise instant communication.Through the study of the Instant Communication System, we design and developed C&C2068 (Command And Communication 2068) System. It has adopted the client/server (C/S) mod and three-tier structure to ensure the safety of the network. It has three parts: Client, Server, DB Server. Client has adopted Peer to Peer technology. It can reduce the burden of the server, and makes the client to be the most important part of the whole system, thus by which, the most of functions are implemented. The basal function of client included message sending, file sending, mail sending and so on. The basal function of sever included base IM service and database management. The tidy server makes it easy to expand its function of the whole system.C&C2068 has succeeded to use in eSPM-C project of ShoppingMall. It also has expandable ability to have more ways to adapt the different needs of different enterprises. At the same time, C&C2068 has been discovered lots of disfigurements in software and hardware. According to the disfigurements, we have reconstructed C&C2068 System for ShoppingMall.
