With the development of global informationization, the progress of Internet and computer communication technology, Instant Messaging system(Instant Messaging, abbreviated as IM) because of the characteristics of the technology is mature, powerful, has become the indispensable network communication tools. But after a careful study found that both company development of instant messaging system, mostly focusing on functional applications, emphasis on the security is not enough, privacy, account stolen, and so on and so forth. This topic focuses on the system, the design and implementation of military instant information system on the basis of the demand in the army, to strengthen system security, a hybrid encryption for system provides a full range of protection. Not only meet the army provisions to the requirement of information security, as well as forces experience of informatization construction in the future. This paper expounds the development and current situation of instant communication, then the instant communication tools need to master the technology has carried on the deep discussion, this paper discusses the working process of the instant communication tools development. This article detailed introduces the system module division and the realization method of each module, using TCP/IP and UDP as the transport layer protocol, quicker and more convenientcommunication among users. For information encryption module, adopt the mixed encryption algorithm, combining software with hardware encryption, guarantee the concealment of information transmission and security. Finally to design the system test and lists the test methods and test procedures and data, the purpose of the results show that the system can achieve the real-time encryption communication, can the normal information communication between the user and transmission.
