With the development of the technologies of computer network and multimedia, visual system is an important aspect of virtual driving simulator. Virtual Reality (VR) is one of important techniques in computer advancedskillful field, it can serve for many fields, such as Spaceflight, Medicine, Special training, Campaign rehearsing and Education training, etc.In this paper, we study the technical characteristics of virtual simulation training system and methods to achieve, identify ways to achieve the system, and to the actual oil-based fire plans in computer platform, achieving a more complete three-dimensional virtual simulation training systems. The system is given a virtual scene of the fire, adding the interactive operation, so that users seem real fire scene outside, through the process of fire-fighting combat simulation, thereby achieving cost to the smaller training purposes.Establishing the model is an important tache. It introduces the 3D scene constructing technology, modeling technology and special effect. At the end part of the paper, it gives an example of the lage virtual oil warehouse to discuss how to build model with MultiGen Creator, and discuss the key techniques and problems during the building models. After the overall analyse, the paper introduces how to control scene by VisualC++ and OpenGL and OpenGVS. It provides the detail of the framework of the system, holding model to scene ways, and implement of 3D specific effect, etc. At the same time, by combining theory research, the key implement techniques in the visual simulating system, such as the planning methods of eyesight point, collision detection and path planning are briefly discussed. The interaction and real-time of this visual simulation has been confirmed experimentally.
