This thesis analysizes the demands, designs the engineering and resolves the key technical problems for SCADA of The Second Control Stage for Yan'an's Natural Gas.In the beginning, this thesis makes an analytical comparation of several commonly used communication modes of remote monitoring system, chooses GRPS as the communication mode for this project, and works out a systematic plan through analysis of the demands for this project. It also analyzed the three connection ways for GPRS network for the central control system, and among others, it deeply studies APN mode and the protocol conversion of data transmission. Then the thesis introduces the hardware integration programme of the system, detailedly analyzed the operational principles of RTU and GPRS DTU, and develops the specific hardware and software engineerings. And this system uses the communication principle based on Modbus agreement and elaborates the encoding and decoding realization course.In the supervisory station center, the data receiving/sending server application programme is implemented with C++ , the dynamic data exchange with Intouch is completed due to DDE technique.Finally, it gives the summarization and prospect of this thesis.
