Traditionally, the measuring system for launch vehicles adopted time division system to collect data, and the system was the collective distributing structure, composed of CTU and multiple of RTUs, with multiple of data interfaces and inconvenient extension. With simple structure, convenient terminal extension and high reliability, now the MIL-STD-1553B data bus technique has been widely adopted for data managements in the aviation electronic system and spacecraft system. The technique is suitable for the collective distributing collection system, and the scheme of bus collection transmission for launch vehicle measuring system based on 1553B bus technique is thereby raised.The data collecting measurement system is composed of a comprehensive control for measurement, a measuring calculation machine and multiple of 1553B controls. The system collection and transmission equipments are all with BIU through which 1553B connects to the bus, and the comprehensive control for measurement is bus BC while the measuring calculation machine and the multiple of 1553B controls are bus RT. It is BC that organizes RT to complete the collection and transmission of measured data.The subject is mainly focused on the different terminals of 1553B, the data collecting and transforming equipment, and carries out hardware and software design. In terms of hardware, it is adopted chip BU-61580, and adopted the 8 no-waiting parts buffing method to connect with the processor's 8031 chip and BIU connects to the bus interface, 1553B, by transformer coupled mode. In terms of software, it is mainly based on the internal management and operation system of the internal memorizer and register under the BU-61580 BC and RT method. In addition, by measuring the data collecting and transforming scheme of the system, the memory and register of data interface chip BU-61580 are programmed, and the software designs for measuring the comprehensive BC function module, 3 collecting control 1553B and measuring computer RT function module are complete.The function for measuring the system bus transformation is designed in the emulation system built by the testing emulation card BU-65570I1-300 1553B and PC team for the purpose of simulation test, and all the measuring data of RT is correctly transformed on the 1553B by the BC organization. The test results show that the system scheme is sensible in design, the timeliness of data at all communications ends can meet the requirement of the system, which lay solid foundations for the research of BUS system and BUS products in the future.
