| Facing the challenge of information-based education reform,training for teachers is one of the valid wayes which promote teachers' ability. As we can see, nowadays, all kinds of training have played an important part in teacher's professional development. But we also find that there are still some problems in the way, of training ,exchanging ideas, time arrangement...etc. Blended Learning, based on the C-Learning and E-learning, is an effective way of training which combines the C-learning and E-learning according to the actual conditions of the different training objects.In this thesis, I hope to overcome some problems and find some ways of teacher training by using the blended learning method and Moodle platform. The thesis is divided into three parts: theories to set up mold, case analysis and teaching practice.In part 1,I put forward the mode of blended learning method after analyzing the present condition of the educational technology training and practice for the primary and junior high school teachers. According to blended learning principle, the writer mainly adopt two kinds of training implement projects, the way of face-to-face grouping cooperation and the network training based on Moodle platform.In part 2, I prove the blended learning principle by analyzing the educational technology training cases that I once participate in. I also prove that Moodle can provide proper teaching situation which matches the ideas of new courses. It has solved some problems once existing in the education training and it shows that there is possibility that the blended learning mode is available.In part 3, that is teaching practice, I encourage the teachers to make full use of the teaching cases that they have collected before the training. A case database is set up and all of teachers can share them, which benefits both teaching and learning. Meanwhile ,we make analysis about the data, experience and cases while practicing in the training.At the end of the thesis, I make some suggestions on how to complete the blended training mode based on Moodle platform and draw some conclusions about the problems met in the practice. What's more, further speculation is put forward in this part.The study result shows that the blending-study mode based on moodle platform is fit for the educational technology training for teachers especially in training time and training space, which realizes the better choice of teachers' co-operation and means a lot to the search for better mode of training. |
