With the improvement of Primary and high school information infrastructure, the implement of the "Interconnection of Schools", Project and the implement of "the new curriculum reform" Policy, Constructivism, information technology and integrated curriculum are gradually move from theory to Practice. Learning advanced informational instruction mode from foreign and creating the learning environment to Promote the development of the students, become hot spot of research in the field of education technology, blended learning method embodying the idea of integrating technology into curriculum, fostering of the spirit of innovation and capacity to Practice, has great reference value of changing the teach-centered relationship exist in our country for along time.Presently, the domestic and foreign has achieved a certain amount of study results about research and practice of blended learning, However, there are still a lot of Problems There are some conspicuous problems: Not properly reflect the teaching Philosophy of developing the students senior thinking ability and the dominant Position of teacher during the instruction design of blended learning ;Lack the research and design of support System which blended learning teaching need. The success or failure of blended learning determines on the sissucs can be resolved or not.TO analyze the Moodle open source system through the design Principles of Blended learning environment and its own characteristics, we have a conclusion that it is an ideal choice of choose Moodle open source system as blended learning support system.From this view, it has under taken important significance to contribute Primary and secondary school teachers to develop blended learning , to research about a set of detailed, the good operational of instructional design process based on blended learning method instruction mode and design blended learning case based on Moodle open source system. This research is divided into the following sections:In the first part, discussed the background,contents and the contribution of research.In the second part, definition the blended learning , to analyze about composition, classification and design principles, as well as to explore the theoretical basis of blended learning . This is a great help for clarification on some vague understanding of blended learning.In the third Part, to analyze the reasons of choose Moodle Open source system as blended learning support system at first, then analysis is about the design theory, function and installation of Moodle open source system.In the fourth Part, to bring up an systematical and exercisable the instructional design Process of blended learning , and analyze detailed its various steps.In the fifth and sixth part, use the contents of《Information Technology》which is used in ordinary high school as the theme of inquiry design a blended learning case based on the Moodle open source system.In the last Part, the author Provides the innovation of the Present research and Indicates the limitation of the Present research., In addition, the author also and the future research direction as well.
