Experiments are necessary parts in the education of fundamental courses in electric theory and technology. Noticing the problems that traditional experimental instruments and methods are out of date and that students lack in creativity and initiative.Unfortunately, experimental classes are probably the most expensive teaching activities, they require large economical investments for acquiring and effective way. Moreover, remote education is kown as a new model of modern teaching, but remote laboratory is also a problem to be resolved.Facing those problems, a new approach of experiment is described in this paper. On the basis of this mode, the network virtual experimental system is carried out, combined with the virtual instrument development software of LabVIEW 7.1, multifunctional data acquisition device of PCI-6220 and physical experimental circuit. The experiment results and design files can be released on the internet. Implementation details includ contents, design principles of software and hardware and remote communication of the experimental system.This paper discusses the research, development and application of the virtual experimental system on the internet from three aspects, includes the introduction of hardware circuit, the design of software and the realization of the system. In first section, it discusses the operating principle, handware composition and mainly describes the originality and the feature of PCB design; in the second section, it mainly explains how to use the LabVIEW software, the characteristic of the developing environment, programming ways, the following chart and remote panel technology; In the thrid section, it mainly discusses the structure of program, the result of single stage amplifies circuit and negative feedback amplifies circuit.At present, some of the analogy circuit experiments have been created in this system and the testing results have proved that the approach is available. Virtual experiments combine physical hardware circuit and simulation design, virtual instrument and network technology, allow the students to access real instruments from any site connected to internet.By improving the corresponding methods and techniques, the system will be more suitable for realizing distance controlling on the web. |
