Research On Quality Management System Based On Workflow

With living improvement and market competition fierceness, production quality has been the precondition and guarantee of survival and development for enterprises. Enterprises and scholars have clearly realized that quality is a life and the most powerful strategic weapon in enterprises. The implementing level of quality management directly influences the production quality. With increasing prevalence and application of information technologies, quality management enters a new developing period, the computer aided quality management period, which provides strong support to implement of quality management. To accelerate the degree of standardization and informationization of quality management, improve the core competence, it is urgent that designing and developing a quality management system to meet the demand of modern enterprises management. So how to combine the advanced management ideas such as TQM and PM with those information technologies, how to develop a necessary quality system, it is very important to enterprises.In this dissertation, firstly quality and quality management system theory are surveyed. Researching status of quality management system is discussed and existing problems are pointed out. Quality management and workflow theories are studied and quality management system model based on workflow is founded. Quality information integration, system functional modules and system design are particularly expatiated. Some functions of system are also realized. To prove its practical value, the example of Qingdao Qingbo Transformer Co., Ltd is taken to study. Results testify this system is adaptable and can improve the efficiency of quality management work.
