Terminal Information Modeling Method And Application Of Product Lifecycle Management System

Under the College Postgraduate Tutor Fund of Gansu Province,the modeling theories and methods of product lifecycle information management system have been studied.First of all,the product information of product lifecycle involved has been analyseed,the product lifecycle stages have been divided,the functional information model of product lifecycle management system has been established. Information-generation and information-transmission of system have been described from full view,the theory and method of terminal information modeling is proposed, the information model of customer management terminal module is built,finally,part of functions of customer management system have been achieved with system development tool.The main work and achievements are:(1)A four-stage product lifecycle divided method is proposed,the product lifecycle is divided into Requirement Analysis,Product Design,Product Realize and Sales & Service four stages.A general functional model of product lifecycle information management system is built with IDEF0 language,information -generation and information-transmission of product lifecycle involved have been described from full view.(2)The theory and method of terminal information modeling is proposed,the principle of application the terminal information modeling theory is worked out,two key problems with how to determine terminal modules and how to select terminal modeling language in the terminal information modeling method are solved,and the process of application the terminal modeling method is provided.(3)The customer management module is choose to study,analysis the information of this module is analyseed and information model of customer management terminal module with IDEF1X language is built,information of customer management terminal module is description.Feasibility and validity of terminal information modeling theory is verified.(4)Referring to customer information management model,architecture, framework and data structure of customer information management model system are designed,part of customer management system's functional module are developed and implemented.The effective management of customer information is realized.
