Design And Implementation Of Information Query Subsystem Of Harvest Fund Corporation Unicall System

The quality of the customer service has been gradually becoming the main factor of surviving and developing for commercial corporations in the serious commercial competitions nowadays. With more and more products supplying by corporations, the scale and the content of the relevant services have increased quickly, it's hard to meet the demands of market only through a few simple hot phone numbers. Supplying the fast, effective and professional services is the most important way to win customers and competitions for modern commercial corporations.This paper take the background with the customer call center which is cooperated by PCCW and Harvest Fund corporation, the main content is the design and implementation of information query sub-system in this unicall system.This paper involves the information inquiring sub-system in terms of the software engineer theory and describes it in the aspects of demands analyzing, the designing of outline, detail and testing sequentially. The analysing of demands contains the functional and non-functional part and presents the the solving method in terms of scale, function and capability at the same time. The outline designing describes the principle of the system designing. The detail designing involves the analyzing of demands, software architecture, the function implementation and the system testing demonstrates the information inquiring, modifying, adding and so on.J2EE and Spring are the most popular solution among the corporations as they have many merits in developing Web applications compared with many other methods which also realizing B/S structure. According to the user's requirement and the characteristic of this system,I integrate J2EE with Spring framework.Persistence layer architecture Hibernate is used to reduce the cost and improve the maintenance and expansibility.
