| The cost of material procurement keeps a large proportion of power plant's operation and construction cost (above 50%). The effective management of material, the improvement of bidding quality and efficiency, and the reducing of purchase cost can not leave without the supporting of information system. In this paper, designed and implemented a B/S based bidding procurement system. Under the direction of Rational Unified Process and UML technique, the whole framework, application-level design, database design, security design and disaster recovery design of bidding procurement system are given deep research. In application-level design, business requirement and their implementation were emphatically elaborated, including conceptual model and online bidding security architecture's design and their implementation. Database design is the focus of this paper, including conceptual, logical and physical structure design as well as the key technologies used in them.The Implementation of this system shortens the process of bidding procurement, and is important for the enhancement of enterprise's whole competitiveness. |
