The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Bidding Procurement Management System Of Goods Trade Company Of Ji Lin Ya Tai Group

With the development of the Internet and the popularization of computer technology, a kind of new procurement mode has already arisen, this is the Electronic Bidding Procurement mode. This purchasing model combines different subjects into an organic whole, such as network technology, computer technology, electronic commerce and management science, it makes a fundamental change of the purchasing mode. Compare to the traditional purchasing mode, it does not require cumbersome regulation and makes the traditional tendering, bidding, bid evaluation and other business process into a digital, networked, highly integrated bidding method. At the same time, it has the function of database management, information query and analysis. It is a comprehensive, paperless innovative procurement way to trade.Procurement is an important part of social life, it is also the core part of the enterprise operation. In this part, the enterprise can control cost and control the price of raw materials, it is conducive to make the low cost, high efficiency innovative enterprises.As paperless office becomes the mainstream pattern today, the electronic purchase way is welcomed by the most people, it uses RUP(unified user management)and B2B(Business- to- Business) electronic commerce model, complete information transfer between enterprises and purchasing activities. This web-based application with a fair, competitive, universality, interactivity and low cost advantages,the use of it makes fundamental changes in the traditional purchasing mode.In this paper, I will show the way how to design and implement the electronic bidding procurement platform of Jilin Yatai Group, the article describes what the electronic bidding procurement platform is and which characteristic it has, then points out the reason why the electronic bidding procurement can rise quickly and widely at home and abroad, evaluates the development and trend of electronic bidding procurement mode, and illustrates the significance of using electronic bidding procurement platform,and the related technologies which are involved are briefly introduced, with the RUP and UML modeling method, we can design the platform architecture, database and analysis the function of the platform, the system is divided into five modules, respectively specific function of each module.finally,I will show the implementation of these functions.
