| Currently, the enterprise computer network has been considering as the most important means in technical reformation and promotion for company management efficiency. The Down-hole Service Sub-company is a giant and specialized working team which congregates projects and services in drilling, well work-over, fracturing and other operations. As the fact of hidden troubles in the project operations, the safety supervision and management work becomes very difficult and a heavy task. The Down-hole Service Sub-company has taken the on-site safety supervision and inspection as the focus of the safety management work. And the company has accumulated more and more various data of hidden jeopardy as deepening in HSE operations. Some unsuitability exists in current management, like information decentralization, data statistic, difficulty in checking files and the leadership communication inefficiency, which is unable to meet the need of safety supervision and management work.According to the status of single PC word processing in HSE supervision and management work, the HSE monitoring management system has been developed in Down-hole Service Sub-company. This paper describes some necessary technology about program developments, like ASP.Net technology, ADO.NET data connection technology and Web statements (Crystal Report) output methods, and other related knowledge. And combined ASP.NET technology with C # language in VisualStudio.NET2003 development environment, this paper introduces a demand investigation of HSE supervision department, realizing the design and development of application programs, and reaching the goal of security monitoring information and data network management. It provides a technical support of HSE monitoring information management and application in Down-hole Service Sub-company. This paper also provides a detailed explanation on the design theory of allocation of user rights and the drawings of safety production situation map.The monitoring test results of HSE management system has showed that the use of the HSE management system in supporting safety supervision and management lessens the appearance of a potential safety problems, and effectively reduces the occurrence of safety accidents. |
