Services'providing is the most decisive problem in the next generation network. The next generation network carried out services to provide, separation of call control and connection with loading , the SoftSwitch is its core technique to have incomparable advantage. SoftSwitch equipments can provide a service platform of open type to provide for the customer abundant and colorfully supplementary services.The thesis point studied the realization of multi party call's service logic. Led to go into the frame of the next generation network and SoftSwitch from the development present condition of modern telecommunication services first, then introduced the frame of the next generation network based on the SoftSwitch, emphasized to introduce the method that SoftSwitch network use SoftSwitch equipments provide the supplementary services, elaborating the advantage of this method. Drew lessons from the mutual communication of SoftSwitch and Intelligence Network, combine the SoftSwitch and Intelligence Network technique, introduced SoftSwitch system based on the Intelligence Network frame and each function entity in its inner part .Analyzed the similar problems in the supplementary services, Consult the SSF/CCF model in the Intelligence Network designed the basic call processing model and the advanced call processing model in the Call Server, and introduced the design method of the services which based on the connection view state.Illuminate the design method and the service trigger mechanism in the basic call processing model and the advanced call processing model of the call sever which is used in the actual project in detail, listing the interfaces'information between the ACP and the BCP in detail, point to study the basic call state model, studying the half call model which is the foundation of services design. Go deep in to study the call's connection view state(CVS), analyzing the request of multi party call service, and give the multi party call's connection view states'migration pass thorough research of the service logic state's migration and the interface information between the ACP and the BCP, using the design method according to the connection view state design the service logic of the multi party call service.At last build a SoftSwitch test environment to carry on a detailed test of the multi party call service, combining fulfil to prove the SoftSwitch system which is designed according the design method in the article is compatible and sustaining to the services.
