Website Construction Based On The Demand Of Personnel Training In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, with the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education, a new system of Higher Vocational Education has come into being and adapt to the needs of China's socialist modernization construction. In order to promote the sustained and healthy development of Higher Vocational Education, from 2004 the Ministry of Education start formal vocational training academies to evaluate the level of work. The evaluating work based on The Scheme on Evaluating the level of Vocational Training Academies (for Trial), The Guidance on Evaluating the level of Vocational Training Academies (for Trial) and The Detailed Rules on Evaluating the Level of Experts Working Group of Vocational Training Academies (for Trial), and other documents. According to the characteristics of higher vocational education, with the spirit of "by evaluation to promote the construction, by evaluation to promote the transformation, by evaluation to promote the management, by the combination of evaluation and construction, focusing on the construction", the evaluating works have carried out in vocational academies of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and have achieved remarkable results.At present, the first round of evaluation is under way. In addition, part of the paper files have huge volume and numerous data because of long-term accumulation, it is difficult to keep and achieve statistic data, difficult to generate direct and clear information, and difficult to insist on long-term collection and keeping of the data. At the same time, a large number of photos, records video and audio, animation in the form of information is difficult to keep a proper record. In the meanwhile, large numbers of information, such as, photos, records in the form of films and cartoons, is also very difficult to properly keep.For the reasons mentioned above, the author proposes to build up a website basis on training work of vocational academies. The main content of the website focus on the evaluated data-based, and will be gradually improved to form teaching management, teaching quality test and evaluated data collection into a whole, with a forward-looking, oriented evaluation website.The article will discuss the feasibility of the website constructions; evaluate the extent of the network data. In the meanwhile, the article will make analysis and practice to the design of data collection platform, which is a key evaluation point.The construction of the website will facilitate the academies to collect evaluation data, and to show the audience through browse web page combined with pictures and articles. It will facilitate the academies to achieve long-term data collection and data statistic. It will facilitate the evaluating work to become conventionalization, standardization and regulation. It will facilitate issuing evaluation documents and materials. The educational administration, offices, personnel, finance, employment recruitment, library, practice management and other departments and related staff complete the work according to the principles of real-time reporting, real-time summary.
