Design And Implementation Of Teacher Evaluation Of Higher Vocational College

Vocational Education plays an important role in the modern national education system. Vocational college teachers' quality directly determines the quality of vocational education. Performance evaluation of vocational college teachers is an important part of human resource management and is the way of enhancing the teacher team construction. Secondly, based on the object-oriented software engineering and the investigation and analysis of user needs, thesis makes the clear goal of the overall design of the teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, targeted proposes system solutions and brief introduction to the related technology used in development of the system. on the basis of sufficient demand analyses and using Java and Flex development languages, MySQL database development, the thesis design the staff performance appraisal management system which mainly includes basic data management, teaching evaluation, teaching and scientific research achievements, the collective activities of examination, subjective evaluation and data aggregation, and other functions.
