With the high development of economic and society,buildings and people are more and more crowed.The damages caused by fire have showed a great trends and made seriously harm to human being's lives. There are a lot of researches about using decision support system for executing more quickly and effectively firefighting works,but most of them are focused on how to produce a scheme for firefighting once receiving a fire-alarm call,and less research on mobile decision support system in fire scene to assist firefighter.According to the firefighting practice investigation,often an incomplete picture of situation,several weaknesses in the existing communication systems,and the extremely harsh environments are the most three key problems to the firefighters in the fire scene.After analyzing three problems above of firefighters,utilizing characters of ad hoc networks that can quickly form an emergency communication networks,we presented a mobile fuzzy decision support system for assisting firefighters,which composed by sensor communication layer,data processing layer,and decision support layer. Then four application schemes are presented based on this architecture involving path navigation,danger reminder,rescue cooperation,and extinguishing cooperation.The path navigation aims for assisting firefighters can reach destination as soon as possible;danger reminder aims for altering danger while firefighter is closing to;rescue and extinguishing cooperation is for an assistance of executing more effectively firefighting cooperation works.After analyzing four schemes above,there are three key problems need to solve,including shortest path,optimum assistance alternative, and data synchronization.We calculate shortest path with Dijkastra algorithm after obtaining network path diagram;pick optimum assistance alternative with triangular fuzzy theory after building decision support mechanism for ad hoc networks;solve data synchronization with synchronization table strategy after obtaining grid map.Finally,the paper make a brief introduction of the hardware and software used,we constructed a simple experimental environment for decision support system for firefighting,then given the code of picking optimum assistance algorithm and data synchronization algorithm including their executed interfaces and results.
