The part of processing aspheric optical is difficult problem as we all know. Aspheric optical parts processing methods are developing historically from traditional manual grinding and polishing technology to mechanical processing with locus shaping methods and modern numerical control machining process methods on the whole.The development of embedded has brought deep influence to industry controlled field. The paper is studied the systems of Windows CE.net that is applied for the processing of aspherical. The paper is illustrated the phylogeny of Windows CE.net and the operating system architecture, the registry, the process, the thread and memory management of Windows CE.net is elaborated in the paper for the reason under study of control system in the based on the such of theories and introduce the development tools of Windows CE.net and the process of application development system. Introduce the concept of the real-time performance, interrupt principle and the concept of device driver of Windows CE.net and analysis of the characteristics of the device driver.This paper describes the software structure of digital controlling systerm basing on Windows CE.net and shows a preliminary investigation on the non-spherical machining software.
