The Research On The Image Of Teachers In The Mass Media

The image of teachers has drawn more and more attention because education has been highlighted.In the formation of public understanding,the media plays an important role.Modernist lives in a media environment,access to mass media,are influenced by mass media's image reproduction to understand particular group peoples.Teachers' comprehension about the contents of mass media can have impacts on their health and mental,change their cognition,emotion,attitude and behaviors.I want to achieve more profound understanding about teachers' image of mass media and construct the image of teachers by the teachers' image research of mass media.In this paper,the public media is ,face to teachers as a professional paper in China.The forms of teachers' image is useful to research the situations of teachers and construct the ideal theory of teachers' image.At first,I summarize the image of teachers in the ,analyzes the content and structure of teachers' image,and then,research the teachers' teaching image and social image,and give teachers some suggestions.The whole paper is divided into four parts.The first part of this paper summarize the content and structure of the image of teachers, prepares physical basic for the research.In the second part,I divide the teachers' education image into six types by content analysis, namely:the image of noble teachers,the image of research-oriented teachers,the image of management-type teachers,the image of alternative teachers,the image of pressure-type teachers and the bad teacher image.In the third part,I summarize four parts of the teachers' social image by content analysis, namely:the professional status of teachers,the social status of teachers,the professional environment and teachers of prestige of teachers.In the last part,I summarize the overall representation of teachers' image;consider that the teachers' image should be integrated.Teacher is a special and ordinary occupation,it is special,because it shoulders the responsibility of teaching,it is ordinary,because teachers are also ordinary,people with ordinary emotions.We should pay close attention to teachers' image,when we are strict to the teachers' image.
