| Regarding the problems facing the Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Company Ltd.(TISCO) periperhals trading company,this paper has designed a management system primarily based on logistics treatment with certain intilligent and network-based charcteristics.Focusing our analysis on the company's marketing processes and data flow, we have established a framework of information systems logistics management based on a ERP system and logistics subsystem design.The ERP system is able to achieve many functions,including intelligent control of logistical enterprises as well as ease of operation.The main advantages of the system include:the one-time establishment of basic user information for standardized Control;semi-automatic materials control strengthening of the links between the various departments;enhancing the level of inventory management services to minimize the amount of inventory;a decrease of the backlog of stock funds;ensuring the scheduled completion of task orders;the achievement of balanced ordering,production and sales;and greatly improved management efficiency.The logistics system we established was used in TISCO direct delivery business processes.The results showed that the system can meet TISCO's business needs and improve management efficiency. |
