Chinese Media market is the biggest potential media market as well as the fastest growing media market around the world, which is attractive to Foreign Media. With the gradual opening-up of Chinese media market, Foreign Media Enterprise have been entering into Chinese media market in succession. Although Chinese government has implemented all kinds of regulation to restrict the mareket admission of foreign media and the scope of business, foreign media still can lift a tide in Chinese media market, relying on its solid funds and the support of advanced technology.For the sake of the dual attribute of media industry, in order to make a balance between cultural security and economic benefit, Chinese government has issued a series of policies, statutes and government documents to supervise foreign media's access, which has been proved to be effective. However, with the rapid development of the international media industry, more and more problems arose in the process of foreign media entering into Chinese media industry, which had a strong impact on the developing order. Meanwhile, the present supervising institute adopted by Chinese government had difficulty in adjusting to the current situation of the media development, because of the defect of supervising institute and the obstacle of media industry's own property.Under this situation, it is imperative to reform existing supervision on foreign media accessing.In connection with the real problem exsited in admission-supervising on foreign media and the deficiency of theoretical study concerning this subject, by introducing correlative concept of accessing-supervision on foreign media and the theoretical basis, this paper explored the development history and current situation of Chinese media admission-supervising on foreign media, analysed the exsited problems of Chinese media admission-supervising on foreign media and the causes. On the basis of the above study, this paper proposed the specific strategies for reforming the current supervision, and set up a new and suitable for Chinese situation system to supervise foreign media's access, to achieve the transform from the adminstrative management to statute supervision, industry self-displine to macro-control, attached importance to establish the institute of internal control, emphasized the effect of market mechanism, to realize the supervising goal of laying equal stress on security and benifit.
